There are many great and unique housing developments throughout Silt, including Mesa View Estates, Stoney Ridge, Iron Horse Mesa, Eagle’s View, Belle Vista, Spruce Meadows and River Run Colorado. The town is ideal for families with everything being within walking distance, and 13 parks within city limits. There are also a variety of apartment complexes and condos throughout the town.
