Silt is located in the heart of Colorado’s Western Slope about 20 miles west of Glenwood Springs, 150 miles west of Denver, and 65 miles east of Grand Junction. The Colorado River flows directly through town with the Grand Hogback Mountains & Flat Tops Wilderness area to the north and Mamm Peaks to the south.
